Scope

Trainee is capable to recruit and organize personal in denied, hostile environment, denied, political sensitive or/and areas of limited access. 

Training subcategories for mortar course:

0) Intro.

End-state – every course attendant is given basic knowledge about operations in hostile environment, denied, political sensitive or/and areas of limited access.

1) Environment awareness.

End-state – trainee understands how to make reconnaissance of environment for decision making process and recruit planning. 

1) Social psychology.

End-state – trainee understands how to analyze and select person in designated environment and make recruiting plan.

3) Recruiting.

End-state – trainee understands types of human communication approach to perform recruiting.

4) Individual assessment.

End-state – trainee understands how to assess critical skills in recruit to build further training plan.

5) OPSEC and tracking.

End-state – trainee understands how to secure individual information of recruit and how to make individual crypted file of recruit.
