Shipping

  1. When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number.
  2. 3rda/Sole Source is responsible to replace or refund goods if they are damaged or lost during transportation.
  3. Customers must contact the Forwarder immediately to report missing items or damaged goods.
  4. Customers must also contact 3rda/Sole Source customer service to inform about missing items/damaged goods within 14 days from the delivery date.

  6. Shipping returned items is the customers responsibility.
  7. If returned items are damaged or lost during transportation to us, the customer will have to cover the costs.
